Returns and complaints for the first Garçonmaires drop are described as a draft. Final seller details, return address and procedure must be confirmed before public checkout.

- This is a draft legal information set for preview/staging.
- The first drop is planned under Polish działalność nierejestrowana / unregistered activity; seller details, tax details, seller address and return address must still be confirmed before public sales.
- Until final legal review is completed, checkout remains blocked and the site does not publish approved seller details.
Seller and contact details

Return window
- Customers have 14 days from delivery to notify the brand about a return.
- Returned products should be sent back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the return notice.
Condition of returned products
- Products should be returned in a condition that does not go beyond what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and function.
- Whenever possible, products should be returned with original packaging and all items included in the shipment.
Complaints
- Complaint requests should be sent to studio@garconmaires.com and include the order number, problem description, and product photos when needed.
- The response will be provided within the timeframe required by applicable law after the complete complaint request is received.
How to start a return
- After public sales are launched, use the contact channel listed in the final returns policy.
- Include the order number and the returned item in your message.
- The return address will be published only after seller details and final legal review are complete.
